Learning Outcomes:

  • Build a strong understanding of coastal NbS principles, frameworks, and a range of approaches to effectively address climate change challenges;
  • Understand and apply methods of ecological restoration as part of NbS to enhance biodiversity and ecosystem health;
  • Acquire skills in assessing and communicating NbS while empowering community involvement in adaptation strategies, to promote equity and effective responses to climate change; and
  • Enhance teamwork skills by collaborating with peers on group projects and field activities, fostering effective communication and cooperation.
