Tasks:

Manage the research center activities and serves as the liaison between CIMA, University, local, regional and national governments, and nonprofit organizations.
Maintain and monitor all department communications, social media platforms and website.
Provide a welcoming environment and operational support to all activities, faculty, students and visitors.
Organize and manage all CIMA events.
Strong writing and communications skills and community and social services professional.
Serve as liaison with the university for general accounting, purchasing, human resources, waste management, travel and information technology.
Assist the director of the center and CIMA Board with various administrative tasks.
Provide support to the CIMA members through event planning and management, publication of the scientific annual report, coordinate faculty meetings and record/publish the meeting minutes and arrange meetings for the CIMA Board.
Maintain a database for tracking the scientific production of CIMA.
Provide technical and logistical support for the submission of competitive projects in a national and international level.
